All domestic orders receive free shipping, free returns, and free exchanges. So there’s no risk in ordering clothes for the sake of trying them on. If you don’t love what you ordered, then send any products that haven't been used back using our prepaid shipping label. We’ll refund you in full.
If you are a fan of what you ordered, but need a different size, fit, or color - just send it back! We’ll send you a gift card so you get the goods you need.
We reserve the right to replace packages and not refund orders where the delivery status shows "Delivered" and the customer claims or has not received. We will do anything in our power to recover and charge offenders where packages go missing or are stolen.
Note the term “used” meaning for the gear’s intended purpose, such as wearing to work, for a weekend getaway, or out to dinner. Taking the gear for a “test-drive” then deciding you don’t like it or would like a different color is not permitted. Any items returned that are altered/tailored, washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for refund or credit, and item will be forfeited.

International shipping is free for all orders over $250.
For orders below $250 - we don’t mark up on international shipping rates. You pay whatever we pay to send the goods your way. Our current carrier is USPS International Priority - we think it provides you with the best tracking and customization options.
Unfortunately, we have no control over taxes and customs charges (which vary by country). Because of this, you’ll be responsible for those charges once you receive your package.
Please note that, due to customs clearance, international delivery may take up to 4 weeks; this is also beyond our control.
We are committed to providing you with the absolute best in menswear - from how it fits to how it performs. If you are not satisfied with one of our products, you may return it to us for exchange, refund, or refurbishment. Damage due to wear and tear will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
How long does the process take?
We do our best to process returns immediately. Please allow 3-5 business days after your return is received for a refund to appear. For faster process, you can always exchange for store credit.
